3. Slyngetrening for rehabilitering


Rehabilitering av skader eller funksjon etter sykdom er noe som R.O.P.E.S egner seg godt til. De fleste klinikker har denne type trening som en naturlig del av sin praksis. R.O.P.E.S bringer inn nye treningsformer som skråbrett og balansestang. Sammen med strikk er det mulig å få til avlastede øvelser i riktig funksjon, som vil hjelpe på fremgangen i en opptrenings prosess.

Arms
Lie on your back, arms in each sling. Wave your arms back and forth slowly.

Legs/lower body
Lie on your back, feet in slings. Let your feet fall out to the side or let them sway together.

Upper body + mobilisation of thorax
Lie on your back with the sling under your thorax. Sway back and forth with your upper body. In this position it also feels good to stretch your back over the sling.

Neck
Put you head in the sling and let it sway back and forth.
